A technical association wanted to reverse a long-term decline in membership. Using the Hoshin Kanri method in a facilitated planning session, the strategic plan was approved by the membership committee and board. After implementation, the association experienced its first net membership gain in 24 years.
Supremo led a broadband feasibility study for Oakland County that produced a 206-page report. The report addressed the four main objectives identified, listed recommendations for policy deployment and grant pursuit, and presented cost estimates for implementation.
